- Instructions for the Electronic Screen： 1. Normal State: The water temperature is displayed on the screen when the machine is started. 2. Abnormal State: When the electronic screen displays EA, it indicates abnormal water temperature, which is lower than 0℃ or higher than 49℃. When the electronic screen displays 88 and flashes, it means water shortage. When the electronic screen displays FF and flashes, the filter element should be replaced.
- Notes for Cleaning： 1. Please clean the water tank, water plate and pump regularly according to the water quality and your pet’s drinking habits. Cleaning and water replacement at least once a week is recommended. 2. Disconnect the power before cleaning. 3. Do NOT wash the whole machine.
- Reset：After replacing the filter, you will need to RESET the machine and reset it. The reset button is located on the top left of the power button, and you can reset it by pressing and holding it for more than 5 seconds.
